Bulk billing policy

Riverside GP is not a bulk-billing practice.

Bulk billing is available for:

Children under 15 years of age

Partners of Veteran Affairs card holders

Discounted rates
-
Pensioners and Health Care Card holders are eligible for discounted consultation rates.

Discounts are applied at the time of payment — please advise reception if you qualify.
Consultation Fees

Our fees vary depending on the length of the consultation and the type of service provided.

Please note: Fees are determined by individual GPs. Reception staff can provide the exact fee when booking your appointment.

Medicare rebates can be claimed on the spot through our clinic facilities.
Consultation length

Our appointment system offers urgent, non urgent, complex care, chronic care, preventative healthcare and "on the day" appointments.

Standard consultations are available and lasts up to 15 minutes. Longer consultations are offered to patients and lasts up to 30 minutes.

If you are needing a longer consultation please advise our reception staff.

Urgent consultations will be seen by the next available Doctor.
