Telehealth Services
Telehealth is available for patients who have
been seen in person within the last 12 months
with our GP's on any given day. There is no
set time for Telehealth calls. If requiring a
Telehealth call, please arrange with
reception.
Result Enquiries
If a patient is needing to discuss their results
with a Doctor they must do so in an allocated
appointment time at the practice. If a result
comes back urgent, the patient will be
phoned and an appointment time will be
made as soon as possible. If a patient calls for
results and they are normal and no action is
required the patient does not need to come in
for an appointment.
Consultations
Our appointment system offers urgent, non urgent,
complex care, chronic care, preventative
healthcare and "on the day" appointments.
Standard consultations are available and lasts up
to 15 minutes.
Longer consultations are offered to patients and
lasts up to 30 minutes. If you are needing a longer
consultation please advise our reception staff.
Urgent consultations will be seen by the next
available Doctor. Please advise reception if you
believe you are requiring an urgent appointment.

We take your compliments, concerns, suggestions and
complaints seriously. If you are happy with the care we
provide at Riverside General Practice please tell us. We
love and value your opinion. If at anytime you
experience any problems or difficulties with regards to
this practice, please talk to your Doctor or alternatively
speak or write to the Practice Manager about your
